We supply most everything you would have at home: linens, towels, dishes, cutlery, pots & pans, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, hair blow dryer. We have supplied starter bath tissue, paper towels, shampoo, condition, shower gel, hand soap & trash bags. Any additional items needed would be tenant’s responsibility. Laundry soap is to be purchased by tenant. Bring your own toiletries.

 

We provide beach chairs & towels. Some beach toys are available.

There is also a wagon to use to bring items to the beach.

Please rise off beach chairs and cart before bringing upstairs and allow to dry outside by the door before placing in the closet.

 

The is a gas grill on property down stairs. Please remember to clean the grill after use. 

 

When you check out, please put dirty dishes in dishwasher & run the dishwasher.

Throw out any trash & unused open food from refrigerator or cupboards

 

If you have good, unopened items, which you are not going to take with you, they may be left in unit for next tenant.

 

If there is a plumbing issue, or other problem with the unit, kindly contact me immediately. If you have had an accident and have broken or spilled something, accidents do happen, but I would appreciate your honesty in letting me know about this before you check out so that we may take care of the problem right away.
